Message from the CEO

Welcome to the Orwell Multi-Academy Trust. It is a privilege to serve as CEO, and I am pleased to share our commitment to delivering high-quality education, valuing the individuality of each school, and ensuring all pupils have the opportunity to succeed.

Our trust is built on a clear principle: every child can achieve through an exceptional educational experience. We recognise the unique identity, strengths, and context of each of our seven primary schools, and we are committed to supporting their distinct approaches to meeting the needs of their communities.

We understand that strong schools depend on strong leadership. Our headteachers and leadership teams are trusted, skilled, and central to driving high standards, supported by a culture that encourages professional responsibility and evidence-informed practice. We place significant value on our staff across all roles. Their professionalism and dedication are fundamental to pupils’ progress, and we invest in their development so they feel equipped, valued, and empowered.
