We are seeking to appoint an effective and caring Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, hardworking and skilled team. You will be working under the guidance of teaching staff and our SENDCo to enhance the learning and personal development of the children you will be working with to ensure they have access to the best possible education. 

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual, who has a positive impact on pupil’s learning by working with individuals and small groups.  You will also need to have a willingness to assist whole class teaching and learning, when necessary, as a general teaching assistant and be flexible according to the needs of the individuals within the school. You will need good communication and written skills, and be able to communicate effectively with the children, the SENDCo, staff and parents. 

Experience of supporting children with a range of additional needs is desirable, although additional support and training will be offered. Most importantly, you must have the aspirations and desire to make a difference by providing exceptional care, guidance and support, so that pupils thrive and make excellent progress.
