About the Role
As Assistant Headteacher, you will:
- Support the Headteacher in leading the school and driving continuous improvement
- Lead on curriculum development and implementation across all year groups, ensuring our curriculum is broad, balanced, ambitious and meets the needs of all pupils
- Provide strategic leadership for personal development, ensuring the effectiveness of PSHE, enrichment and extracurricular provision so that all pupils develop the skills and values to thrive.
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school
- Model high standards and inspire excellence in staff and pupils alike
