Our dedicated finance team provides professional advice and guidance to our schools in budgeting, purchasing, income, financial compliance, and payroll. The finance team also undertakes all financial processing and provides regular financial reporting to individual schools and the Trust Board, supports schools with capital investment spending, manages all ESFA and statutory financial returns as well as internal and external audit.

Our team supports schools to ensure their buildings are compliant, safe, warm and dry. They ensure Health and Safety compliance across the Trust; arrange condition reports and help schools implement regular building maintenance.

Our HR team provides comprehensive support and advice to schools around recruitment, employment, attendance management and produce all employee contracts and variation letters. They advise on job descriptions and adverts; pay and grading of posts; probationary periods; assist with referrals to Occupational Health and management of short and long-term absences.

Our team oversees the Trust website and social media and supports individual schools with their websites ensuring they are compliant and fit for purpose. They are also responsible for recruitment advertising across the Trust; production of Trust and school publications, marketing and media relations.

We ensure essential services such as ICT and catering are fit for purpose and represent value for money. We are the key contact for all external contractors; manage all large scale procurement across the Trust and support and advise school Office Managers. We assist with and train in GDPR compliance, support with access to legal advice and provide high quality clerking service for governance meetings.
